Anam Cairde

Anam Cairde – AH-Nam CAR-Ja

Anam – Soul & Breath

Cairde – Friends, Kindred Spirits

In Celtic spirituality our Anam cara or soul friend gifts us with a sense of companionship, belonging and deep understanding. This is a profound connection that supports and encourages spiritual growth and knowing within each other.

Our Vision

We create a safe, supportive, and warm space where clients feel cared for, their wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

We provide a calm and compassionate environment for therapists, where connection, learning and growth are nurtured. Together we create a sense of community through kindness, integrity and respect.

Acknowledgment of Country

Anam Cairde is found on Ngunnawal land. We wish to acknowledge the traditional custodians of these unceded lands and waters. The land on which we live, work and dream. We stand with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and acknowledge their wisdom, courage and strength while enduring the ongoing impacts of colonisation and trauma.
