Kerrie is an Integrative therapist and breathwork practitioner, supporting individuals, couples, young people and families navigating trauma and relational healing.
Kerrie’s interest and passion for understanding human suffering began with her own experiences. Having experienced childhood trauma, she began her own healing process in early adulthood, one that helped her claim a sense of freedom for herself.
She has worked as a therapist for over 19 years within community organisations, private practice, and schools in Ireland, before moving to Australia seven years ago. Kerrie is a certified clinical supervisor providing supervision to therapists, lived experience support workers/practitioners.
She is an integrative therapist, meaning the core of her work is holistic and client-centred, while combining ideas and techniques from a variety of counselling and psychotherapy approaches. She holds her spirituality as a guide and compass in her work with others. Her counselling and psychotherapy work is held by creating safety, trust and compassion.
Her knowing has always been that our deepest wounds occur through our relationships with others; therefore, our healing journey must also occur through relationships. She believes that each of us holds our own wholeness within, that healing is not a place we work towards arriving at, but a re-connection to all that we are and all that we have always truly been. The therapeutic journey we take together, she believes, is about finding, moving, and clearing the blockages so that we can begin to see and feel our wholeness again. She feels deeply blessed and privileged to walk alongside others as they do this.

Ruby is a holistic somatic therapist, counsellor, and breathwork practitioner with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and couples on their healing journeys. She specialises in trauma-informed conscious connected breathwork and somatic healing, helping clients develop deeper awareness of unconscious patterns held within the body and nervous system.
Ruby walks alongside people on their journeys, offering not only professional guidance but a deeply embodied understanding of the healing process. She brings both extensive education and lived experience to her work, grounded in the belief that the most meaningful support comes from practitioners who actively walk the path they hold space for.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that honesty and self-inquiry are essential gateways to healing. With a compassionate and trauma-sensitive approach, Ruby creates safe, inclusive, and deeply supportive spaces where clients can explore their inner world with curiosity and care. Through breath, body awareness, parts work informed by Internal Family Systems, and attachment-based perspectives, she supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the cultivation of authentic self-connection.
Ruby integrates a range of therapeutic frameworks, including somatic approaches, attachment theory, and consciousness-based practices, alongside practical, grounded supports that help clients bring insight into everyday life. Her process-oriented approach supports clients to work with subconscious and patterned content, empowering them to make more conscious, aligned choices.
Over the course of her career, Ruby has worked across diverse settings, including youth and women’s mental health, domestic violence crisis services, foster care programs, and disability and aged support. She has supported people from a wide range of backgrounds, including the LGBTIQA+ community, and is particularly passionate about working with couples—whether navigating high conflict or seeking to deepen connection and intimacy.
Through all her work, Ruby’s intention is to provide a grounded, nurturing environment where people feel safe to meet themselves honestly, work with what is present, and move toward meaningful, lasting transformation.
